CONCEPT OF IMMUNITY TO STATE HEAD IN KHILAFAT AND ONE MAN ONE VOTE RULE:

Nowadays we are living in a world where people usually believe in a phrase

                                      He who wields the stick, his is the buffalo

but this what world follow and some times it's not important what others follow is compulsory for us to follow.What I need to explain is just that no one is more worthy than the other but yes on the basis of piety as last prophet MOHAMMAD PBUH said this in his PBUH last sermon 

Today when we talk about the constitution of Pakistan so many of us say that it is ISLAMIC indeed and we all are on one page that SOVEREIGNTY belongs to ALLAH ALMIGHTY and that's why we use the word ALMIGHTY with his name.In all the constitutions of Pakistan it is ensured that sovereignty belongs to ALLAH but then i ask what the ARTICLE 248   is about according to it

        "President,.Governors. Ministersetc got the immunity to not to appear before court:"

And the matter of Former President Zardari's Swiss case is a living example.Lets take a look now what Islam say about this and it's example.

Allah says in Quran

                                 " O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah , even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not [personal] inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort [your testimony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.

chapter 4 SURAT-I-NISAA(THE WOMEN)

This is what Islam say and there are numerous examples in KHILAFAT where different KHALIFAS assured that justice should be equal for every one

That is why when HAZRAT UMER R.A used to pieces of cloth for his use then a common man sitting near him was able to ask him that where did u get the another one 

Similarly when HAZRAT ALI R.A lost his zra then he r.a filed a case against the accused and appear before the judge beside of the fact that he r.a was in power and can easily made the accused to give his zra back but he used the just path

Infact there are numerous examples that exemplify my point that this blog is surely not be able to handle all this...

But if you see what ARTICLE 248 and what CHAPTER 4 OF SURAT-I-NISAA say it will be clear that Pakistan constitution is not completely ISLAMIC in nature moreover it got the clause that one can make amendment according to ones interest by two third majority but remember one cannot make amendments in the constitution what ALLAH revealed on last prophet MOHAMMAD P B U H (QURAN)

So my request to you all come towards the ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION not the COPIED ONE
